Our warranty and support covers you for two years from the date of purchase to assist with your support needs and to effectively managing your home networking devices. We offer free technical support via chat, email or phone 7 days a week, 7AM to 12AM Central Time, excluding major holidays. Staying connected is simple!
Product Purchases Through a Marketplace and Unauthorized Resellers
Only those products purchased directly from an authorized ARRIS consumer retail store are eligible for ARRIS Consumer Warranty and Support. If you did NOT purchase your ARRIS branded product from a retail store, please contact your Cable Operator directly for warranty and support. Products purchased from non-authorized resellers (including websites) are not eligible for ARRIS warranty support and support services.
Marketplaces offer products from re-sellers who may not be authorized to sell ARRIS products. ARRIS products purchased from non-authorized re-sellers through a marketplace may not qualify for a warranty replacement or support by ARRIS. Please ensure that you review the seller’s return and exchange policy prior to your purchase as the product will need to be exchanged by the seller.
