Answer | The McAfee® Secure Home Internet (SHI) app allows for the ability to pause the Internet connection on any profile created for Parental Controls.  The feature to pause the Internet connection can be setup for a single kid's profile or for all kid's profiles.  When the Internet connection is paused, the devices with a kid's profile are stopped from accessing the Internet. Users will see a blocked page informing them that the Internet is paused right now. The user will need to ask the admin directly to unpause the Internet.  This document contains the following sections:
Requirement:    ​
- Kids profiles created for Parental Controls.
Pause Internet on All Kid's Profiles
- Tap the McAfee® SHI icon to launch the app.  The Home screen will appear.Â
 - On the Home screen, tap the Menu icon on the top-right and then tap the Parental Controls link.  The Parental Controls screen will appear.
 - On the Parental Controls screen, tap the Pause icon to pause Internet on all Kid's profiles.  A prompt to "Pause Internet for kids?" will appear.
 - Tap the Pause button to pause the Internet for kids. The blue banner message will appear.
 - Across the blue banner, a message is displayed that the Internet is paused right now for the kid's devices.
NOTE: To unpause the Internet, tap the Pause icon.
Pause Internet on Individual Kid's Profile
- Tap the McAfee® SHI icon to launch the app.  The Home screen will appear.Â
 - On the Home screen, tap the Menu icon on the top-right and then tap the Parental Controls link.  The Parental Controls screen will appear.
 - On the Parental Controls screen, swipe left on the name of the kid's profile to pause Internet and then tap the Pause button.
 - The kid's profile that was paused will appear below the grey Paused section.Â
NOTE 1: Repeat step 3 to pause the Internet on additional individual kid's profiles.
NOTE 2: To unpause the Internet swipe left on name of the kid's profile that was paused and tap the Unpause button.
