Question
How do I create chores for my kids?
Answer
NOTE: This article applies to the mAX W21, W121, W122 Express, W30, W130, W31, and W133 Routers. 

Create chores for each of your kid's Parental Control profiles and reward them with screen time and virtual allowances with the Parental rewards feature.  

Parental rewards is a subscription-based feature that is enabled by starting the free 30 days trial.  No credit card is needed to start the free 30 days trial.  Click here to start the trial.


Create Chores
  1. Tap the My Experiences box or bottom-right icon.

  2. Tap the Parental Control box.

  3. Tap the Parental rewards box to start the free 30 days trial.  Click here for detailed instructions to start the free trial.

  4. Tap the user profile to create a chore or tap the + icon to create a new profile.  Click here for assistance with creating a new profile.

  5. Tap the Chores and Allowances + button to expand the card.

  6. Tap the Manage Chores link.

  7. Tap the ( + ) icon.

  8. Enter a chore name in the Chore field and enter the allowance amount in the Assigned Reward field.
     
  9. Enter the minutes earned for screen time in the Assign Screentime field.
     
  10. Under the Select days section, tap the day/days for the chore to be completed, and check the box This will reoccur every week if it applies.
     
  11. Tap the Save button.

  12. In the Manage Chores section, the created chore is displayed.
     
  13. Repeat steps 6 - 10 to create additional chores.

  14. Create a pin when accessing Kid view for the first time.  Click here to set up the Kid View.
