What is Parental Rewards and how do I start my 30 days free trial?

Answer

NOTE: This article applies to the mAX W21, W121, W122 Express, W30, W130, W31, and W133 Routers.

The Parental rewards is a subscription-based feature within the SURFboard Central's parental controls functionality. Parents set chores for their kids to complete rewarding them with virtual funds and or screen time.

To start the initial trial simply agree to the Terms & Conditions. No credit card is needed to start the trial.

Start the Free 30 Days Trail for Parental Rewards

Tap the My Experiences box or bottom-right icon.
Swipe the screen to the right to review the information, and then tap the I've Got It button.
Tap the Parental Control box.
Tap the Parental rewards box.
Swipe the screen to the right to review the information, and then tap the I'm Ready To Start button.
Scroll up to review the Terms & Condition, and then click the I Accept button.
The Parental Control screen displays the Parental rewards enabled with a green check mark.
The devices set up for Parental Control will need screen time minutes for Internet access outside of the blocked schedule. Parents can add screen time minutes manually or create chores for kids to earn screen time minutes. Click here to add screen time minutes. Click here to create chores to earn screen time minutes.
