Question

Where can I find the firmware version in the SBX-1000P?

Answer

Firmware is programming software that is written into the device to function. The firmware version of the SBX-1000P can be found in the Web management interface. This document describes how to locate the firmware version.

To Locate the Firmware Version

Launch a web browser, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari. Enter http://192.168.100.254 into the address box and press the Enter key. The Login page appears.

NOTE 1: By default the LAN IP address is 192.168.100.254. If the default address has been changed, enter the custom address in the address box.

NOTE 2: For instructions on how to login SBX-1000P, please refer to Article # 16140 - SBX-1000P: Login Access.
On the Login page, enter password in the Password field.
Click the Apply button. The Status - Device page appears.
On the Status - Device page, locate the firmware version (as shown in green).
