Question
How do I enable Network Health?
Answer
NOTE: This article applies to the mAX WC4S, WC4T, W21, W121, W122 Express, W30, W130, W31, W133, W61, and the W161 Routers.

The Network Health feature provides real time recommendations to help optimize the home network.  Network Health is disabled by default.  When Network Health is enabled, SURFboard Central provides recommendations to optimize the connection on Wi-Fi clients devices, to the Satellite(s), and to the Internet service provider.  This document contains the following sections:

Enable Network Health
  1. Tap the Network Health box on the Home screen.

  2. Tap the Skip link.

  3. Tap the Gear icon.

  4. Swipe the Optimization slider to the right to enable Network Health.

Disable Network Health
  1. Swipe the Optimization slider to the left.

  2. Tap the Yes, Turn it off box.

  3. Network Health is disabled.
