Question
How do I determine which devices are compatible with the service provider?
Answer
Before purchasing a home networking product we recommend that you contact your service provider to inquire about device compatibility.  This will ensure that the device is allowed within the service provider’s system.  The following chart provides a link to some U.S. cable service provider’s list of compatible devices.  Contact your service provider if not in the list.
